    Top agents enter the listing into their Listings-to-Leads account ahead of the listing presentation and then have the homeowner either text the 'Property ID' to 25678 to receive the mobile responsive virtual tour or text the 'Property ID' to 888-881-6801 to activate the automated conversation and blow their minds.

    See how to present 'Listings-to-Leads' in your listing presentation. Do this in your style and add to it with other things you may be doing!

    1. Click 'Create New Listing' on the Listings Dashboard and enter the home checking 'Listing Presentation'.

    If need be, do a drive by and take a photo of the home and upload that and a few photos of the neighborhood or area.

    2. If subscribed to the Listings-to-Leads Text / IVR service, assign a Property ID to the listing.

    Now at your listing presentation you can actually show them the tools that you are ready to use to market their home AND when you have them text their homes 'Property ID' to either 25678 or 888-881-6801

    You are now ready to not just talk about, BUT ALSO SHOW homeowners how you can market their home.
