🏅 "I have been sending Listing Update Emails to my database for the past two week via my CRM. I just had a buyer approved for $400k and a seller for 500k. This stuff works, you just have to do it!!!"Christina Rodriguez, Coldwell Banker ❤️

Sending one listing eFlyer to your database every 1 or every 2 weeks will generate more business out of your database, both buyers and listings, than almost anything else you are sending. Keep reading for more... 😳💪

Watch the video below to see how to send your listing update eFlyer to your database to generate engagement and high quality seller and buyer leads using any CRM or email program (I show how to do this using WiseAgent in the video below).

    🎯 PRO TIPS:

⏰ Set a recurring reminder in your CRM to do this either weekly or every other week so you DON'T FORGET!

🏡 You can do this for any new listing, change of status or open house, yours or borrowed.

🚀 In addition to the obvious status', what about Just Sold - Selling Agent or FSBO?*

😀 You can edit these inside the eFlyer editor in Listings-to-Leads or inside your CRM / email program.

    * As with any marketing confirm with your broker or MLS regarding marketing or advertising any property if you are not 100% sure if you are allowed to per your brokerage and MLS regulations, which vary MLS by MLS.
